Welcome to Ivy League Gaming. By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide esports coaching, group clinics, tournaments, analytics reviews and related educational content. Session availability, coach assignment and program contents may change at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to book services. Users under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete onboarding and payment on their behalf.

3. Booking, payment & refunds

Payment is required in full at time of booking.
Unused coaching credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

4. Code of conduct

All participants agree to treat coaches, staff and other members with respect. Harassment, cheating, sharing of account credentials, and use of third-party unfair advantages are grounds for immediate termination without refund.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including logos, text, imagery and course materials, is owned by Ivy League Gaming or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute or resell any content without prior written permission.

6. User content

You retain ownership of gameplay footage and materials you submit for review. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and review it for the purpose of providing coaching. We will not publish it without your consent.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific rank, ranking, tournament placement or scholarship outcomes. Individual results depend on effort, aptitude and factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ivy League Gaming shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may cancel services at any time; refund eligibility follows section 3.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilson County, Texas.
