We bill against signed Statements of Work. This page summarizes our default refund stance; the SOW controls in case of conflict.
Deposits
A 30% deposit secures your project slot. Deposits are refundable in full within 7 days of countersignature, less any documented out-of-pocket costs already incurred (e.g., venue holds, talent retainers).
Milestone payments
Once a milestone is delivered and accepted, the corresponding payment is non-refundable. You may request reasonable revisions within the scope defined in the SOW at no extra cost.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel an engagement with 14 days written notice. You will be invoiced for work completed and committed third-party costs through the cancellation date.
Disputes
If something has gone wrong, email bing@ivyleaguegaming.com first. We commit to a written response within five business days and will work in good faith to resolve before any formal process.
