Ivy League Tutoring & Test Prep ("we", "us", "our") is a sole-proprietor tutoring practice based at 1777 Cyprus Ln, Bullhead City, AZ 86442. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect from students, parents, prospective clients, and website visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have written this in plain English on purpose.

1. Information we collect

We collect information directly from you when you:

• Submit our contact form or request a free consultation;
• Enroll a student in any of our programs;
• Send us an email, text message, or call our office;
• Visit our website (basic analytics and cookies — see Section 6).

The categories of personal information we typically collect include:

• Student information: grade level, school, recent test scores, academic goals.
• Commercial information: services purchased, billing history.
• Internet activity: pages visited on our website, approximate location (city-level), browser/device type.

Because we work with students under 13, we follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Enrollment for a minor must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Parents may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by emailing trav@ivyleaguegaming.com.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business — for example, our scheduling tool, our payment processor (Stripe), and our email provider. These vendors are contractually required to use information only to provide services to us.

We will disclose information when required by law, court order, or to prevent harm.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you;
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to limited exceptions);
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share.

6. Cookies and analytics

Inquiry information (contact forms from prospects who do not enroll) is deleted within 24 months. Client records are retained for up to 7 years after the last service date for tax purposes.

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted transit (HTTPS), encrypted at-rest storage for billing data through Stripe, and limited internal access. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International users

We operate from the United States. If you access our site from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. under U.S. law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and revise the "Last updated" date.
